2. Epson WF-2540 Performance
The performance is amazing for a compact, multifunction printer. It has a print speed of 12.7 ppm, which is impressive. The WF-2540 gets the job done fast, yes, but it does so without compromising quality.
The black text prints look crisp, while full-color presentations and graphics look vibrant.
Yet another impressive thing about the WF-2540 is its quietness. It doesn’t produce much noise when used. If anything, its whisper-quiet noise will be drowned by soft conversation and clicking keyboards in the workplace.
As great as it is, the WF-2540 is not without flaws. For example, it has a rather limited paper handling due to its 100-sheet paper capacity. Plus, it has no duplex printing feature, either.
